Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates

We currently offer:

• Flat-rate shipping: $8.95 per order
• Free shipping on orders of $75 or more

Shipping rates apply to domestic U.S. orders only.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary based on destination and carrier performance. Once shipped, most orders arrive within 2–7 business days.

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Amarii & Co. is not responsible for carrier delays once a package has been accepted by the shipping provider. If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@amariiandco.com and include:

• Your order number
• Photos of the damaged item(s)
• Photos of the shipping packaging, if applicable

We will review the claim and work to provide an appropriate resolution.
